Ray Zinn: Which presidential candidate is best for high tech?
This year's presidential race is shaping up to be something that's far different from what typically happens every four years. That's mostly due to the candidacy of Donald Trump. Who is best for the country is a debate that we won't have here, but who is best for our industry is something that's fair game.
