Telco Systems and Arm to appear at Arm TechCon 2018 presenting Optimized Edge Cloud Use Case with Arm-based uCPE

Telco Systems’ Alex Trigoub, Product Line Manager and Arm’s Kshitij Sudan, Server Solutions Architect, will jointly present “Optimized Edge Cloud Use Case with Arm-based universal CPE (uCPE)” at the Arm TechCon 2018 Conference, which will take place October 16-18, 2018 at the San Jose Convention Center in San Jose, CA.

The presentation will be held on Wednesday, October 17 from 1:30 p.m. to 2:20 p.m. in Executive Ballroom 210E. Telco Systems and Arm will divulge how Arm TrustZone can be utilized to enhance device and network security with HW-based isolation of operating system (OS) trusted firmware and VNFs. They will also discuss the software and system-on-chips (SoC) aspects and advantages of creating an Arm-based uCPE solution.

Attendees can also see Telco Systems present and demonstrate its NFVTime open, plug-and-play uCPE solution and ecosystem for Arm at the Innovators Pavilion during the Arm TechCon event.

The two companies are collaborating in a multiyear joint development agreement where Telco Systems will lead the development of new Arm-compatible uCPE and network functions virtualization (NFV) Edge solutions based on Arm architecture.
