STMicroelectronics Brings Semiconductor Solutions for Smart Industry and Smart Driving to Electronica 2018

STMicroelectronics will present its products and solutions for simplifying and making industrial and automotive applications smarter and more efficient at Electronica 2018.

STMicroelectronics will present its products and solutions for simplifying and making industrial and automotive applications smarter and more efficient at Electronica 2018 in Munich, November 13-16, Hall C3, Booth 101.

The company will feature a smart factory control-center demonstration for condition monitoring and predictive maintenance technologies.

They will also showcase a range of connectivity and security technologies including secure cloud connectivity for edge computing, asset tracking, next generation IoT connectivity, Bluetooth low energy-Mesh, and NFC.

ST will also have a Smart Driving area complete with technology and product demonstrations for all key automotive subsystems, showing in-cabin imaging for driver monitoring, radar sensing, precise positioning, V2X communication and over-the-air (OTA) system updating with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and secure infotainment & telematics.

Finally, the company will present technologies that support Electric Vehicles (EVs) and hybrids with full Silicon Carbide-based solutions for EV traction inverters, battery management systems (BMS), on-board chargers and acoustic vehicle alert systems (AVAS).

  • Michael Münkel will speak on "Sigfox - Indoor-Performance for Smart Building and Smart Metering Installations" at Wireless Congress: Systems & Applications on Thursday, November 15, at 3:00 p.m.
