ROHM's New Automotive-Grade 1200V-Rated IGBTs Hit the Market

The four new automotive-grade 1200V-rated IGBTs are conductive inverters for electronics compressors, or switching circuits used in positive temperature coefficient (PTC) heaters.

KYOTO and SANTA CLARA, CA. ROHM has added four new automotive-grade 1200V-rated IGBTs to its portfolio. The IGBTs are conductive inverters that can be deployed in electronic compressors, or for switching circuitry in positive temperature coefficient (PTC) heaters.

This AEC-Q101-compliant IGBTs enable low conduction loss in a compact, highly-efficient design. They offer a short-circuit resistance of 10 μsec (Tj=25℃) to provide stability in automotive applications.
