MoDeCH Inc. has launched the “Model On! Search” ecommerce site that provides downloadable design and simulation models for analog, high-speed digital, and power electronics developers. These models can help engineers using simulation platforms such as PSPICE and LTspice improve accuracy and reduce development time.

MoDeCH has defined a topology from data sheets to deliver block diagrams, timing charts, and electrical characteristics of various components in its models. Model On! Search contains a library of more than 72,000 free and fee-based SPICE models for transistors, passive components, and ICs. These are both proprietary MoDeCH models and redistributed models from device manufacturers.
