MediaTek Introduces Helio G35 & G25 Gaming Series Chipsets

MediaTek released the Helio G25 and G35, the company?s newest chips in the smartphone gaming-focused G series.

MediaTek released the Helio G25 and G35, the company’s newest chips in the smartphone gaming-focused G series. The chips feature MediaTek’s HyperEngine game technology for enhanced performance and power efficiency.

The chips are both powered by Arm Cortex-A53 CPUs and operate up to 2GHz and 2.3GHz respectively. Further, they feature IMG PowerVR GE8320 GPUs, with speeds of up to 650MHz and up to 680 MHz.

The Helio G25 and G35 host a featured 4G LTE WorldMode modems. This includes 4G SIM support, allowing VoLTE/ViLTE on both connections. The chips also offer MediaTek TAS 2.0 smart antenna technology for active detection of signal quality for improved connection.

Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5 also support simultaneous co-existence.
