Marvin Test Solutions released the GX3788 High-Performance FPGA Multi-Function Instrument which combines A/D, D/A, and digital I/O functionality.

Per the company, GX3788 is a user configurable 3U PXI hybrid slot compatible instrument, further, it has flexible digital and analog test capabilities. Additionally,  the A/D channels are able to be configured as 8 differential or 16 single ended inputs. It can support a sampling rates of up to 250 KS/s.Two channel operation supports sampling rates of 1 MS/s.

The D/A channels support a simultaneous sampling rate of 1 MS/s, while the digital I/O channels are TTL compatible and can be programmed as inputs or outputs.

Each of the module’s FPGA is pre-programmed. This provides access to digital and analog functions. Users are also able to program or modify the FPGA, allowing the device to be adapted for evolving test needs.
