ICP Releases Slot CPU Card with 56 PCI Express Lanes

The PEMUX-XEW1 slot CPU card from Industrial Computer Products (ICP) Germany suits high-performance computers that need to accommodate several graphics or FPGA plug-in cards. The PEMUX-XEW1 is a 12-layer slot CPU card equipped with an LGA 2066 socket supporting Intel Xeon W processors with up to 28 cores. The four DDR4-RAM slots can accommodate a maximum of 256 GB ECC RDIMM or LRDIMM memory modules. 

The PEMUX offers eight SATA 6GB/s ports for storage media, and an M.2 2280 slot with a PCI Express x4 signal enables the use of solid-state storage. In addition to the RAID 0/1/5/10 functionality, the PEMUX card offers a TPM2.0 port and an internal USB DOM header for the use of dongles, as well as an Intel I210-AT GbE and Aquantia 10 GbE Ethernet ports. Additional interfaces include six first-gen. USB3.1 with 5Gb/s, two USB 2.0, two RS-232 ports, and audio.  

The PEMUX-DB backplane is available in two 14-slot backplane versions with six PCI 3.0 Express x4 slots available, with version 1 equipped with two PCIe x16 slots, and version 2 with four PCIe x8 slots.
