ICP Germany Develops Industrial 3D NAND SSD

The Titan T351 series from ICP Germany is a TLC SSD family that combines memory cells from Toshiba and firmware from Cervoz.

The Titan T351 series from ICP Germany is a TLC SSD family that combines memory cells from Toshiba and firmware from Cervoz with a low-density parity check ECC algorithm, to offer high quality data integrity. The T351 series includes all form factors from 2.5" through mSATA to M.2 (2242/2280) and is compatible with the SATA 6Gb/s standard interface. In comparison to the current MLC M305 SSD family, the new devices have double write and read speed at up to 510/560MB/s.

In addition to the standard capacities of 64Gb to 512GB, a 1TB size is also available, and the 3D NAND Flash T351 series offers price savings of up to 40 percent compared to the M305 MLC series. Powered with 3.3VDC input voltage and consuming 1720mW in active mode and 300mW in idle mode, an industrial version for temperatures from 0°C to +70°C and a version for an extended temperature range from -40 °C to +85 °C are available.
