EBV Elektronik, an Avnet company, announced a distribution agreement with Power Integrations (PI). EBV will franchise Power Integrations’ products, including AC-DC switching converter ICs for chargers, LED drivers for lighting, the new BridgeSwitch brushless DC motor drives targeting appliances, and high-power gate drivers & boards. EBV will carry the complete PI product portfolio, with a focus on gate-driver products, which complement the IGBT modules EBV already offers.
