Analog Devices’ Quad-Output DC/DC µModules Reduce Component Count, Board Space, and Power Usage

Analog Devices introduced the LTM4668 and LTM4668A µModule regulators, quad-output devices with up to 4.8A output capability, that integrate switching controllers, power FETs, inductors, and support components. Accepting an input from 2.7Vdc to 17Vdc, the LTM4668 and LTM4668A support an output voltage range from 0.6V to 5.5V. 

Features include frequency synchronization, PolyPhase operation, selectable Burst Mode operation, 100% duty cycle, and low IQ operation. The LTM4668 and LTM4668A are available in 6.25mm x 6.25mm x 2.1mm BGA packages.

1.2A DC, Parallelable, Output Current on Each Channel
