Thingstream's IoT Solution Will Provide AB InBev with a Refreshing Outlook

April 26, 2019 Laura Dolan

Thingstream’s IoT connectivity solution will help Anheuser-Busch InBev (AB InBev) South African Brewery (SAB) track and monitor the temperature and location of its coolers and fridges throughout South Africa.

Thingstream will also be working with CIRT, a joint venture between Digibiz and Black Lite Group, Digital Twin and Staycold.

The Fridgelogic Connected Cooler solution chose the IoT connectivity platform due to its trusted global connectivity and secure, low powered and cost competitive features.

“This agreement with SAB is a perfect example of IoT in action, delivering ‘live’ information, which can be used to track individual cooling units and identify potential maintenance tasks as they happen. This ensures efficiencies, cost savings and ultimately beers and drinks served at the perfect temperature,” said Thingstream’s VP of Business Development, Neil Hamilton.
