OKW Enclosures Releases SMART-CONTROL, Electronic Enclosures for Corners

OKW Enclosures has announced the release of SMART-CONTROL, the company's first plastic electronic enclosure designed for room corners, in a press release.

OKW Enclosures has announced the release of SMART-CONTROL, the company's first plastic electronic enclosure designed for room corners, in a press release. It can be mounted on ceilings and walls using a suspension element, or on a table-top using a desktop stand.

The wedge-shaped SMART-CONTROL is designed for a wide range of applications including security and monitoring, environmental technology, IoT and IIoT, gateways, measurement and control, sensors, control electronics, medical, and laboratory technology.

The enclosure operates best when mounted as close to the ceiling as possible. The high positioning is ideal for wide-area room monitoring, saves space, and protects the equipment from damage or tampering.

OKW Enclosures offers two versions, a convex front or a recessed operating area for a membrane keypad. They are also offered in two sizes: Small (5.59” x 3.19” x 1.81”) and medium (6.81 x 3.98” x 2.32”). Enclosures are moulded from UV stable ASA+PC-FR (UL 94 V-0). The standard color is off-white (RAL 9002).
