Vincotech extended its product line-up with the flow3xANPFC 1, a PFC module that features a novel PFC topology for three-phase applications that deliver up to 10 kW. The devices integrate IGBT technology and either Si diodes for cost and efficiency benefits, or SiC diodes for higher switching frequencies.

Features include integrated NTCs to monitor the temperature, and built-in snubbing capacitors to reduce EMI and mitigate voltage overshoot. Shipped in compact, low-inductive flow 1 housings 12mm high, flow3xANPFC 1 modules have press-fit pins and phase-change material to make assembly easier, with the latter also improving thermal performance.
