NVIDIA's AGX Xavier equips an insane amount of performance by embedded standards, but, off the shelf, Xavier modules are not suited for use in harsh environments. However, Connect Tech Inc. (CTI) has built a carrier and enclosure that enable the horsepower of Xavier at the edge in aircraft, ground vehicles, and other resource-constrained systems. Patrick Dietrich, CTO of CTI, explains.
