EFCO New Gaming Logic Computer With Support for up to 3 Independent 4k Displays

EFCO, supplier of industrial computers, gaming, and EMS solutions, announced its EGL8650 gaming logic computing solution. EGL8650 is based on the AMD Ryzen R1000 Series with a Dual Core and up to 3.5GHz. In addition, it is platform-compatible with the Ryzen Embedded V1000 series.

EGL8650 has integrated AMD Radeon Vega 3 Series graphics, provides support for 3x 4K displays, and features gaming security functions including SecuBoot and RootSecu (both included in EFCO's Gaming Software and Firmware Support kit), Gaming IO NVRAM, and intrusion detection.

In addition, EGL8650 offers 4x Serial + 4x USB ports + 2x Ethernet connections for gaming peripherals, and an 8 line (36x2 pin) JAMMA Golden Finger connector. It also supports PCIe High Speed NVRAM with up to 8MB. Optionally, SmartBay is available for support of CFAST, CF, 2.5""/1.8"" SSD, SATA DOM and USB devices with a key lock option. EGL8650 has lifetime support until 2029. 

Each strip on EFCO's LED use pattern can be operated independently of the game with its own select colors and patterns, allowing designers to reimagine the use and content of the LED strip.

EFCO's LED strip package includes an LED strip driver, API, a GUI pattern creator, and provides support for one- and two-wire synchronized communication for 800 KHz and 25MHz LED strips.
