It’s a pretty common argument, whether we spend enough on our military. That could be on weapons, personnel, or something else. And it’s tough to get a consensus on the question. In our weekly chat, I discussed this topic with Ray Zinn, somebody who has been through many administrations and a couple of wars. So, he has the experience to provide a credible response.
