H.264 encoder on a single PCI/104 form factor board. The
H264-ULL-SD4 provides a powerful and flexible solution for capturing and compressing up to 4 analog video inputs at full size and at full frame rate to the H.264/MPEG-4 AVC (Part 10) standard.
In addition to the ultra low latency full frame rate encoding of four NTSC/PAL analog video sources, the H264-ULL-SD4 can also perform stream duplication to provide multiple encodings of the same input. This allows streams to be created at different resolution, compression settings dependent on requirements and available bandwidth.
The high performance H.264 video compression and efficient bus utilization allows up to four H264-ULL-SD4 to be fitted in a PCI/104 system. |

The H264-ULL-PMC is ideal for time-critical applications as it offers Ultra Low Latency encoding of below 40ms across the entire capture resolution range. The H264-ULL-PMC supports dual H.264 encodes at resolutions up to 1080p30 or a single encode at 1080p60. The H.264 encoding can be flexibly configured to suit a range of bandwidth and storage requirements. |

| The 3540 PC/104 serial interface module provides four software-selectable RS-232, RS-422, or RS-485 ports. RS-232, RS-422, or RS-485 mode may be selected independently via software command for each of the four ports, eliminating the need for setting jumpers or DIP switches. The board is designed using the XR16C864 UART, which provides a 128-byte FIFO, 8 times larger than boards designed with 16C550 compatible parts. The larger buffers allow error free operation even in high-speed applications. |
