Tektronix being bought by Danaher

On this M&A Monday, Danaher has made a $38 per share offer to buy Tektronix, putting the deal at $2.85B.
Danaher would like to add Tek to its list of electronic test assets, which includes Fluke. This purchase nearly doubles the size of that group within Danaher.
