COSTA MESA, CA – TTM Technologies, Inc. has completed its acquisition of Anaren, Inc. for $775 million, creating a combined company with nearly $3 billion in annual revenue. The acquisition will pair Anaren’s RF components, subsystems, and design expertise with TTM’s PCB manufacturing capabilities. TTM intends to aggressively target 5G wireless infrastructure and the aerospace and defense radar markets.
