Apacer Releases 32-Bit DDR4 SODIMM

Apacer has launched the first-of-its-kind 32-Bit DDR4 SODIMM for industrial embedded systems using ARM/RISC processors or the latest RISC-V 32-bit processors. It equally combines performance, power consumption and cost and provides flexibility in capacity and space arrangement.

Apacer’s 32-Bit DDR4 SODIMM industrial memory creates an upgradable 32-Bit memory solution, overcoming limitations in current market gap in ARM embedded memory systems. It will be used in intelligent applications of the five main markets: mobile computing, server and networking, automotive electronics, IoT applications, and consumer electronics.

It also can be used in processors made by NXP, Freescale, Marvell, Cavium, and Texas Instruments and other big-name players and can run on just 1.2V.

The 32-Bit DDR4 SODIMM is equipped with three specifications: DDR4 2133/2400/2666 with preferences of 2GB, 4GB and 8GB and supports industrial-grade wide-temperature ICs from original manufacturers.
