Zinn on Andy Grove’s “style”

In this week’s weekly spot with Ray Zinn, former Founder and CEO of Micrel, we talked about one of the biggest names and certainly most respected people in our industry, Andy Grove. Andy, who just recently passed away, served as the Intel’s President and/or CEO for more than a dozen years and drove the company to unparalleled highs. And he did so with a pretty distinct style of management, which was quite different from how Ray managed his people. I asked Ray about that style and whether he thought it was better or worse than Grove’s style.
