ATP Electronics Industrial Temperature M.2 2280 NVMe SSD

ATP's industrial temperature-rated NVMe SSDs deliver stable performance even in extreme temperatures ranging from -40 ºC to +85 ºC. Toshiba Memory Europe GmbH BG4 NVMe SSD Series

Utilizing the latest 96-layer BiCS FLASH technology, the NVMe SSD BG4 family provides up to 1 TB of client-class memory in an M.2 1620 BGA package, as well as an M.2 2230 form factor module. Random read IOPS of 380,000 can be achieved along with 190,000 random write IOPS through its four-lane PCIe Gen3 interface. Compared to the previous generation of single package SSDs (BG3), the BG4 family is up to 153 percent faster in random read performance while delivering an energy savings of 20 percent. Toshiba Memory Europe GmbH Universal Flash Storage (UFS) Version 3.0 Embedded Memory Devices

With the eMMC interface having reached its limits, the full-duplex serial Universal Flash Storage (UFS) interface is taking its place.
