SANTA ROSA, CA. Keysight Technologies, Inc. released the 200 MHz, 4-channel models of the InfiniiVision 1000 X-Series oscilloscopes that include 4-wire Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) decode and remote connection via local area networks (LANs).

They include 17 preloaded training signals ensuring quick use of the advanced measurement and analysis essentials in the InfiniiVision 1000 X-Series.
