COSTA MESA, CA – TTM Technologies, Inc. has completed its acquisition of Anaren, Inc. for $775 million, creating a combined company with nearly $3 billion in annual revenue. The acquisition will pair Anaren’s RF components, subsystems, and design expertise with TTM’s PCB manufacturing capabilities. TTM intends to aggressively target 5G wireless infrastructure and the aerospace and defense radar markets.

“I expect that integrating our manufacturing strength with Anaren’s RF engineering talent will enable us to deliver superior value-added solutions to our customers in the aerospace and defense market as well as in the other markets we serve,” says Tom Edman, CEO of TTM. “I also believe that the combination will result in meaningful revenue synergy opportunities created by complementary capabilities that will benefit the customers and employees of both companies.”
