In IoT, there’s more to it than “build it and they will come (or buy).” We can all name lots of examples of companies and products that fell by the wayside because there wasn’t a compelling business case made beforehand. Greenwave Systems claims to do just that, making sure (well, as sure as they can), that a product will sell before the manufacturer brings it to market.
