Culture within an organization is such a difficult thing to get a handle on and even harder to regulate. In this week’s Five Minutes with…discussion, I talked to Bruce Alexander, a vice president at WinSystems, who claims to be pretty good at culture. I asked him what exactly a unique culture is, and how he manages to maintain it as the company grows. It starts with being brutally honest with people, and flows down from there.
