Bestek is one of the IPC vendors that helped make up the theme of COMPUTEX, focusing on the information security, interactive display/digital signage, and machinery automation markets, in addition to providing ODM services. The company primarily designs its board and chassis-level solutions around the Intel embedded roadmap, including the Xeon-class motherboard with 32-lane PCI Express I/O pictured below.

Contrary to the sentiments of AAEON executives in earlier slides, however, Bestek represents a Taiwanese vendor that has started to venture into the world of ARM. Figure 2 shows one such solution for industrial automation and panel PC deployments, which can be pre-loaded with a basic embedded Android board support package (BSP) for various low-power industrial applications.
